Mullein Leaf Extract and BreathiZen®
Mullein leaf heads the BreathiZen label, a tall plant with broad, fuzzy leaves.*
Mullein Leaf Extract overview
Mullein grows tall in open meadows, on sunny slopes and by roadsides. Its leaves are broad and covered in soft hairs, a lot like felt. In the second summer it throws up a tall spike of small yellow flowers. Herbal traditions have worked with the leaves for generations.
Where it comes from
The leaves are picked, dried and concentrated. A 10:1 extract starts from about ten parts of dried leaf for one part of extract. In BreathiZen it joins the spray blend, so there is nothing to brew.
Why it is in the blend
It leads the label because BreathiZen is made to support clear airways and healthy lung function.* It is the first name on the Supplement Facts panel.
